Scent Premium Hotel

The location is perfect, in the centre but in a quiet street that makes all the difference (I was there for 2 weeks for work and stayed in another accomodation a few blocks away the first week, Scent Premium felt like a huge relief). From the hotel, you're also closer to the west side of the lake with nice boutique shops and cute cafes and restaurants (Cathedral area) but also less traffic. The hotel has a nice modern design and the room was big, clean and confortable (the bathroom was really big and has a bathtub). The bed was confortable and the room really quiet (I stayed a week there and never had an issue with this). Breakfast was really good too with both vietnamese and western food and a lot of choice. Most important, the staff was really really nice and helpful, always wanting to help or advise. They helped me calling a taxi in the morning (with no bad surprise for the price, aligning to the vietnamese Uber- Grab- prices) or planning my way back to the airport by booking a taxi with them. I was staying there by myself and their kindness and warm welcome felt really nice.

Centrally located , convenient to shopping , eateries , massages , and sightseeing. The staffs are just wonderful and eager to help ! From the managers , cafeteria staffs and reception , the whole team is so pleasant and friendly ! Staying here made us like the VIP ! They kept serving us refreshments, wet towers, and drinks we came in from the hot humid streets . The location is prefect with so many vendors, massages , and most importantly it is safe and busy . We will definitely recommend friends to stay and we would come back again!

Awesome location, really nice staff that were very attentive and easy to contact if we needed anything. the breakfast was always great - it seems like they rotate the menu daily and there’s definitely something for everyone. easy check in and check out process. Really quick walk down to Hoan Kiem lake (literally 3 minutes) and the super trendy district around the old Cathedral. It was probably one of our best value hotel stays overseas in all our travels. A couple of staff members helped us arrange transport to Ha Long Bay and back and were very eager to do so. The taxi they can arrange for you to the airport on your way out is also super good value for money.

All the staff at the hotel was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. When we arrived they surprised us with a cold towel als well as a refreshing drink and some fruits to snack on. They always answered our requests quickly and in a very kind manner. For example they showed us nice spots to eat and drink on a map and made suggestions for sightseeing. In addition, they immediately offered to call a taxi for us when we told them what we had planned. They also offered laundry service (which was well done), a scale for our suitcase and wellness like massage and spa (for which they have separate rooms on every floor). The breakfast was a great combination of traditional food and western culture, so everyone will finde something they enjoy. They always served fresh fruit, rolls, variety of greens, freshly made omlette and coffee or tea.

The staff was very friendly and paid attention to our wellbeing all the time. We were welcomed with fruits and lemonade on our arrival day. The breakfast variety was good. They offered Vietnamese food (Phở) and intercontintal food. The location of the hotel was ideal to explore the old town of Hanoi. We received a map with recommendations of sights and restaurants closeby. The room is clean, air-conditioned and had everything we needed. Due to the location in the old town, the room size was rather small but it was still perfect if you want to be in walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake. The staff also offered us to organize tours via them. We didn‘t use the service but they seemed eager to make everything possible. Strongly recommend to go there.
