Scent Premium Hotel

This hotel is exceptional, and one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for exploring Hanoi. The breakfast is delicious too. But what really makes the hotel special are the people who work here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. From the moment you first walk in, you are greeted and given tea, fruit, and warm hand towels while you check in. At breakfast, there is always someone checking in to make sure you have enough coffee or tea. Each time we walked through the lobby, we said hello or stopped to have a nice conversation with someone. We also got amazing restaurant recommendations! The employees here really think of everything and make you feel so taken care of. We’d like to especially thank Jennie and Mr. Tam! We hope to come back someday.

This is an excellent place to stay in HaNoi. The location is excellent, the staff extremely friendly and helpful special Jennie and Julia at the front desk and Trang in the restaurant. Always there with a smile and an answer to our numerous questions. Very clean, well appointed and the housekeeping staff very responsive and prompt. Would definitely stay here when visiting HaNoi again

We used Scent Premium as a base. This was our first hotel in Hanoi, and we returned here after the loop, after Sapa and again when we returned from a cruise on Halong Bay. The service was outstanding! The employees go above and beyond to make each stay perfect. We had the opportunity to try 4 different rooms. The smaller room was a bit too small, but the others were great. The breakfast was also exceptional with both local and European options. Flora, at reception, was outstanding!

This hotel was (unexpectedly) one of the better stays in our Vietnam trip. It started with the taxi pick-up from the airport which was really well arranged. There was a driver waiting for us with a sign, even though we had to wait quite a while for our luggage. The Driver was very polite and told us a little bit about the some of the sights we saw while driving to the hotel. At the hotel we were immediately greeted with by the most polite and sweetest staff. We received drinks and fruit while they checked us in. The rooms are standard but nice and clean. The rooftop bar is good for a drink and has an amazing view of the city. The hotel itself is situated perfectly, in the Old Quarter but in a relatively quiet street so good to come back to if you want a rest from the city. We also booked the Street Food tour with them and this was really great as well! Guide spoke really good English and showed us several local dishes we would have never tried without him. To finish: The best of this hotel is the staff! From the moment we got at the hotel to the end of our trip they did everything to accommodate us. They arranged a luxury van to take us to our next destination, which dropped us off right at the doorstep of the next hotel. We also arranged for a one-night stay prior to leaving Hanoi and they gave us an upgrade for the room and a free taxi trip. Currently writing this from Ninh Binh and we will go back to Hanoi after this, and I could simply text/whatsapp the hotel to arrange for a bus/taxi pick-up at this hotel. I definitely recommend staying at the Scent Premium hotel for the location and great hospitality! Looking forward to coming back.

This was a great little hotel where the staff really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and spacious, with large, walk in showers and soft beds. I had a small problem with my air conditioning on the second night, but the staff did everything they could to fix the problem, and even went so far as to upgrade me to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast is varied, with a range of Eastern and Western options which varied slightly from day to day. The location is excellent - on a more secluded street, but close to both the lake and the more lively tourist areas. Overall, it's a great hotel, with dedicated staff who elevate the experience.
