Scent Premium Hotel

This hotel is exceptional, and one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located for exploring Hanoi. The breakfast is delicious too. But what really makes the hotel special are the people who work here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. From the moment you first walk in, you are greeted and given tea, fruit, and warm hand towels while you check in. At breakfast, there is always someone checking in to make sure you have enough coffee or tea. Each time we walked through the lobby, we said hello or stopped to have a nice conversation with someone. We also got amazing restaurant recommendations! The employees here really think of everything and make you feel so taken care of. We’d like to especially thank Jennie and Mr. Tam! We hope to come back someday.

Superb location, extremely convenient and you can walk to anywhere. Professional, helpful and warm reception from the staff. Orientation on where to eat and shop were useful and the recommendations on food was spot on. Bed was comfy and the breakfast spread was a delightful surprise. Shout out to Steve for going the extra mile. We were very lucky to have him on arrival and departure. On departure, Steve helped us called a Grab. The roads were closed and the Grab was unable to reach us. Steve offered to walk us out to meet the Grab.

This hotel was in a fantastic location, on a quieter street with great bars and cafes. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go and found this convenience a great benefit. The hotel was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great! The best thing about his hotel was the staff. They were so kind and helpful. We appreciated Steve's care and attention that above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We used Scent Premium as a base. This was our first hotel in Hanoi, and we returned here after the loop, after Sapa and again when we returned from a cruise on Halong Bay. The service was outstanding! The employees go above and beyond to make each stay perfect. We had the opportunity to try 4 different rooms. The smaller room was a bit too small, but the others were great. The breakfast was also exceptional with both local and European options. Flora, at reception, was outstanding!

I had a wonderful stay at Scene Premium Hotel. The service was truly outstanding — the staff went above and beyond to make my experience special. When they learned that I wanted to rent an Ao Dai for my half-day tour, they kindly offered to lend me one, along with beautiful hair accessories to complete the look. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my Hanoi experience even more memorable. A special thank you to Anna at the front desk for her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. She truly embodies what excellent service means. I highly recommend Scene Premium Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi — you’ll be well taken care of here!
