The location is perfect, in the centre but in a quiet street that makes all the difference (I was there for 2 weeks for work and stayed in another accomodation a few blocks away the first week, Scent Premium felt like a huge relief). From the hotel, you're also closer to the west side of the lake with nice boutique shops and cute cafes and restaurants (Cathedral area) but also less traffic. The hotel has a nice modern design and the room was big, clean and confortable (the bathroom was really big and has a bathtub). The bed was confortable and the room really quiet (I stayed a week there and never had an issue with this). Breakfast was really good too with both vietnamese and western food and a lot of choice. Most important, the staff was really really nice and helpful, always wanting to help or advise. They helped me calling a taxi in the morning (with no bad surprise for the price, aligning to the vietnamese Uber- Grab- prices) or planning my way back to the airport by booking a taxi with them. I was staying there by myself and their kindness and warm welcome felt really nice.

The staff was super friendly and always willing to help us with any issues we had. We had no problems by communicating in English. They would hold the door for us, always give us fresh water bottles for our trips (without us asking for it) or even have a quick talk about our day. We have always felt very welcome and appreciated. The room was very clean and spacious and the tables for breakfast were nicely decorated and well looking. At breakfast we could choose from more western to authentic vietnamese food and even let us cook eggs or omelette. The bathroom had a very spacious shower with two small windows as well as bottles with shower gel and shampoo (but no conditioner though). The room also included 2 bottles (plastic) of water, tea, instant coffee, slippers, bath robes, soap bar, tooth brush, toothpaste and a razor. The hotel is also located in the middle of the old quarter, where you can find nice food and restaurants very easily. In my opinion the best hotel I‘ve been to in Vietnam. Would recommend!

In addition, they immediately offered to call a taxi for us when we told them what we had planned. They also offered laundry service (which was well done), a scale for our suitcase and wellness like massage and spa (for which they have separate rooms on every floor). The breakfast was a great combination of traditional food and western culture, so everyone will finde something they enjoy. They always served fresh fruit, rolls, variety of greens, freshly made omlette and coffee or tea.

Due to the location in the old town, the room size was rather small but it was still perfect if you want to be in walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake. The staff also offered us to organize tours via them. We didn‘t use the service but they seemed eager to make everything possible. Strongly recommend to go there.

This boutique spa hotel competes with many similar hotels in the area. Though we didn’t stay in other hotels, I can confidently say that the staff of this hotel is the best. Right from welcome till our departure, the staff Flora, Julie and everyone made our stay memorable. The rooms are cosy and comfortable. After every visit staff always offered us some or other drink. Outstanding customer focus. The location is in the heart of old quarters and perfect for tourism. Most of the touristic places are in walking distance. The breakfast is very good especially we being vegetarians didn’t go hungry. I was surprised that they served vegetarian Sushi. I would definitely stay at this place and recommend it for the service you get.
